Demonstrated ability in Human Resources Management and Leadership. Requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Oracle BOM, Oracle NSR, Oracle ECO, FRACAS and PST.

Job Specific Knowledge & Experience: This position is in the Solar Business Group

9+ years related experience to include 5+ years demonstrated supervisory / leadership experience.
M.S. level degree in related engineering discipline or an MBA
Demonstrated success in organizing and managing multiple projects with successful results.

Responsibilities:
Develops project plan and oversees the projects from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources. Responsible for managing project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software. Manages allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project. Manages cost schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide. Leads multifunctional design teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrixed headcount to complete projects. Provides technical leadership to team members to achieve project goals. Interfaces and coordinates with customers to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment. Provides engineering and business process expertise to project team and other members on various projects / issues. Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution. Manages employees [direct reports or matrixed reports]; contributes to effective performance management, employee development and retention.
