Required Knowledge and Experience:
Typically requires BS in related discipline or BA in Business with 10+ years directly related experience, or equivalent. Prefer MBA. Requires previous large scale global capital management project experience. Prefer program and/or project management work experience.

Job Specific Knowledge and Experience:
This position is in the Solar Business Group.
In addition to a strong leadership presence, this position will require strength in the following skills areas: comprehensive planning, influence, building collaboration with teams, results focus and strong written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:
Program Management Office (PMO) provides planning and execution discipline for the Solar Fab Operations. This office is essentially the information and coordination arm for the VP of Fab Ops. The Sr. Director, PMO will be responsible for leading the governance and execution of PMO processes including: master schedule management, communications, planning, administration, performance and knowledge mgmt, issue prioritization, escalation and resolution, schedule management, risk management, issue tracking, maintenance of resolution logs, critical support functions such as local country office infrastructure, HR, Finance, Legal, and IT, providing accurate and timely information to all stakeholder levels, business and scenario modeling, demand fulfillment planning, operational risk and contingency modeling, resource planning, performance and knowledge mgmt, business and individual performance measures tracking and reporting, knowledge repository management, and TFSs Knowledge Portal management.
