Responsibilities

• Manage process operation including PSe development & planning.
• Define/approve process support plans for installation and warranty periods depending on product and process maturity.
• Define/develop the integration need of the complete production line.
• Determine and implement process CIP for assigned installed base.
• Arrange regular customer process user meeting.
• Develop customized processes (with custom), if necessary.

Required Education & Experience

• BS or above
• 5 years experience in the relevant job field

Required Performance Skills

• Strategic Planning in Resource Mgmt, I&W Mgmt
• Communication skills; fluent in English
• Project management
• Global busienss perspectives

Required Tech/Job Skills

• Implementation in project management
• Development of process knowledge including integration
