Position Summary

• Perform related tasks under general supervision.
• Engage in the process start-up & warranty support.
• Pressure of Making Decision: little or no pressure to make rapid decisions.
• Work flow is normal.
• Task assignments are related.
• Interruptions and distractions are minimal or of little consequence.
• Innovation & Initiative: Some originating and planning of work required.
• Tasks follow general standards or procedures.
• General supervision available if needed, but worker is expected to work out problems for the specific area under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issues including to provide pro-active support to improve the overall system performance, to provide emergency support for systems down as required, to provide process optimization and development for the customers.
• Perform Tier II and/or Tier III process qualification on assigned projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off.
• Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate customer presentation through Account and Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job.
• 1~3 years experience of the relevant job field required.
• Relatively moderate professional skill required.
