Solar cell specialist (f/m)

Role:
Leading projects for efficiency, yield and reliability improvement, in-depth failure characterization and special R&D fields for CIGSe based thin film solar cells

Responsibilities:
Efficiency, yield and reliability enhancement projects in cooperation with process engineering team
Physical root cause analyses of cell, string and module failures in cooperation with internal and external partners
Production data mining and statistical evaluation for realization of efficiency potentials
Coordination of external R&D projects
Quality lab supervision
Cross-calibration of in-situ and ex-situ measurement methods in production and testing

Your profile:
University degree in chemistry, electrical engineering, physics, material science or familiar
Several years of experience with thin film characterization and preperation or production of thin film solar cells
Knowledge of CIGS based solar cells and CIGS material properties advantageous
Ability to work in an international and cross-functional team
Open minded and motivated personality
Willingness to travel
