Our business unit Thin Film Solar develops production systems with process technology for the mass production of thin-film solar modules.

• 
  Development and optimization of thin film photovoltaic processes (eg. PECVD, LPCVD, Laser structuring, cleaning and device development)
• 
  Qualification of new processes e.g. by DoE, test runs, measurement and analysis
• 
  Sampling accomplishment and further process support for customer-specific applications
• 
  Process improvement and product enhancement in collaboration with R&D, System Engi-neering, Product Management and Sales
• 
  Management of process development projects (Time, cost, quality, resources)
• 
  External cooperation with technology consortia and research institutes (e.g. CTI projects)
• 
  Documentation of process results (e.g. sampling and application) and publication of re-search papers
• 
  Knowledge and development of process related IP

We expect:

• 
  Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering, physics or material science
• 
  Experience in thin film deposition and in photovoltaic technology
• 
  Production experience preferred
• 
  Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• 
  Basic project management and quality management knowledge (e.g. 8D, SPC)
  Flexibility, initiative and perseverance
• 
  Team spirit and communication skills
• 
  Willingness to travel (30%)
